Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Riders Bazaar, we partner with reliable courier services to ensure your electric vehicle accessories reach you safely and promptly across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and verified within 24 to 48 business hours of placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message and email once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your delivery location:

  • Metro Cities (Tier 1): 3 – 5 business days

  • Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 5 – 7 business days

  • Remote / North-East / Rural Locations: 7 – 10 business days

Note: Deliveries may experience occasional delays due to extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical constraints.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Net Banking, Cards): Free Shipping on all orders across India (or on orders above ₹499).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat convenience fee of ₹49 applies to COD orders to cover additional courier processing costs.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and live tracking link will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and Email address.

  • You can easily track the movement and estimated arrival date of your parcel directly via the courier tracking page.

5. Damaged Packaging Upon Delivery

  • If the outer box/parcel appears heavily damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately inform us.

  • If you accept the delivery, please record a continuous, uncut unboxing video so we can quickly assist you with a free replacement in case of transit damage.
