  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are advised to ensure compatibility with their specific electric vehicle make, model, and year before placing an order.

  • We reserve the right to modify product descriptions or discontinue any item at any time without prior notice.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, delivery area unserviceability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Installation

  • Riders Bazaar provides aftermarket accessories designed to fit specified electric two-wheelers.

  • We are not liable for any vehicle damage, voided original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties, or personal injury arising from improper self-installation, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of products.

  • Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended for structural, electrical, or guard accessories.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
